Acrylic Surfacing

Tennis Court Construction Specialists

Tennis court construction requires special skill—mostly because of the size of a tennis court. Installing a large concrete slab on soil that is inherently unstable requires experience and expertise.

Aguilar Athletic Services builds post-tension concrete tennis courts with acrylic surfacing from Plexipave. These courts are built for fun and fitness. They are built for strength and durability.

A court from Aguilar Athletic Services is an investment in quality construction and decades of fun. With regular repair and resurfacing, your community or family will enjoy playing tennis on the court for many years to come.

Pro Tip

Considering Asphalt?

Some competitors build tennis courts with a base of asphalt. While this may be less expensive than concrete initially, the result is not as durable—especially in the heat and humidity of the Houston area. You can expect significant cracking and sinking from an asphalt court, largely due to the lack of reinforcement in the base. Surfacing may not adhere as it would to concrete. As a result, any savings in the construction phase may be overcome by the cost of ongoing maintenance.
